Effectiveness measure in change-based three-way decision

The trisecting–acting–outcome model of a three-way decision is practical approach to solving complex problems, consisting three components: trisecting, acting, and outcome. Trisecting means dividing problem into parts based on an evaluation function, acting designing the corresponding action apply these parts. outcome denotes effectiveness first two steps. Measuring this challenging moving question after trisecting-and-acting (T &A). This paper proposes method measure object changes before T &A top-down bottom-up perspectives, depending needs. First, functions are constructed that extend traditional changes. Then, introduced functions, qualitative quantitative analyzed. Furthermore, we present processes determine optimal strategy with analysis. analysis several examples shows practicality our proposed method.
